We wrote 10 days ago an article about the opportunities for businesses to have a mobile website.  If your customers use Smartphones and you are not optimizing their experience, you may be losing opportunities.

This seems even more true if you are targeting local customers or in the tourism industry: people make mobile search with geolocalization and seek immediate results.
